Project Next Steps • Recruit and select Federal staff to support the in-sourced organization • Finalize negotiations of the current contract modification, current year transition task order and transition statement of work to Unisys • Finalize the onboarding, training and knowledge transfer sessions including agenda, facilitators and logistics • Continue Stat testing and coordinate accordingly for go-live • Deploy all employee memo regarding In-sourcing initiative • Determine enterprise content management (ECM) tool implementation timeline, designate project lead and finalize Statement of Requirements for submittal to CIO Board • Incorporate the in-sourcing project plan into EmpowHR Master Release Plan
