Focusing on job creation, recruitment and training Workforce Solutions supports the talent needs of new and expanding businesses through collaboration with regional and statewide workforce partners and management of the Virginia Job Investment Program (VJIP), a discretionary incentive. Providing direct funding and support to offset companies’ recruitment and training costs Delivering talent-oriented marketing presentations Collaborating with regional and state partners to provide recruitment and training Administering the Virginia Jobs Investment Program (VJIP)
