Working Group ReportsMetering • SMOGRR005 – Change Control Process was not consistent with Protocol Section 21, Process for Protocol Revision. • WMS unanimously approved a motion to recommend that TAC approve the changes
Task Force ReportsCo-Optimization • Two meetings resulting in a Whitepaper and a recommendation to WMS • An hour ahead model can probably be done • Recommend against a 5-minute model • Asks ERCOT to solicit vender information • Commission Staff Expressed concerns about the outcome • Asks ERCOT to solicit vender information • WMS endorsed Whitepaper and supported both requests for vender information
Task Force ReportsCo-Optimization • Follow up meetings with Commission Staff • Ongoing concerns with missed opportunities associated with real time co-optimization • More information to be sent to TAC before July • Post Nodal Implementation Plan • Implementation effectiveness evaluation plan • Includes a formalized list of issues to be explored and voted at a point TBD after Nodal implementation • Real Time Co-optimization will be on the list

Task Force ReportsCC RPRS • Provide consistency between OOMC and Local RPRS generic startup payment formulas • Resolve inconsistency between modeling of CCCTs in RPRS studies and reality • CCCT Generic Startup Cost Issues • Work is not finished and ERCOT has raised some unanswered concerns.
Frequency Task Force • Drove WMS to recommendations on PRR 661 and 662 • Will take up Primary Frequency control in coordination with ROS and the PDC
