ISP UpdateFree Broadband ? Amongst others, Carphone Warehouse (TalkTalk) and Sky are offering free broadband. In both cases the quality of the Broadband service appears to be satisfactory (or even better than BT) However, TalkTalk are still charging some of their customers £10 per month if Local Loop Unbundling has not taken place at their exchange. Sky is a similar story – where LLU has taken place it is “free”, otherwise it’s £10 for 2MB.
