Graduated Support Pathway • Since introducing this pathway in September 2017, 35 Graduated Support Plans have been agreed and issued. Anecdotal feedback from many schools is very positive, with many indicating that, because the decision process is so rapid, they are able to put the necessary interventions into place to support children very quickly. A more formal review of the pathway will be introduced shortly to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of the process by gaining the feedback from both parents and schools. • More information regarding the Graduated Support Pathway is available on Shropshire’s Local Offer: • http://shropshire.gov.uk/the-send-local-offer/practitioners/senco-spotlight-news/introduction-of-the-graduated-pathway/
New Annual Review Paperwork • We have revised the annual review paperwork which consists of: • Template Agenda (This is an additional document which wasn’t available previously) • Child/Young Person’s views • Parent/Carer views • Annual Review Report • Guidance Document • FAQs • The Annual Review report has been amended considerably to bring it in-line with the current Education, Health and Care Plan template. We believe the revised annual review report is easier to understand, quicker to complete and much more user/reader friendly. The paperwork will be live on the Local Offer in the very near future
