  1. The Dos and Dont’s of Golf Clothing When you are planning to join a golf club, there’s a possibility that you will have to adhere to the dress code. Not all, but many clubs have a specific dress code for their members. If you aren’t sure what to wear and what to skip for the game, the blog post will guide you. Read on. Top Tops/Shirts ●Opt for polo-style shirts and tuck them into bottoms. ●Women can wear sleeveless golf shirts when it’s hot. ●Clubs often do not allow women to hear tank tops, t-shirts, and dresses that show cleavage. Outerwear ●When it is cold, wear sweaters, light jackets, vests, windbreakers, and collared shirts that have button down. ●If you are wearing a crewneck sweater over a sports shirt, make sure that collar is inside. ●Sweatshirts, hoodies, and denim jackets are a big no. ●Refrain from wearing oversized clothes. Bottom Pants ●Skirts, regular or slim fit golf pants or shorts should be made of breathable fabric so that your skin can breathe and moisture doesn’t stay in. ●Khaki, white and black are the safest shades to wear.

  2. ●If you are wearing a dark or bold color bottom, team it up with a neutral shirt. ●Length of pants should be till the top of your shoes. ●Shorts should be above kneecaps. ●Don’t wear jeans, denim, yoga pants, sweatpants, cargo shorts, and athletic pants. Shoes ●Wear gold shoes that have non-metal, rubber or plastic spikes. ●You can also wear sneakers or running shoes. ●Sandals, boots and street shoes are a strict no. Wrap Up Selecting what you will be wearing to the golf course isn’t easy, especially when the club has a dress code.
