CHE 10 Year Plan for Spirituality in the Workplace Timeline The following timeline shows the evolution of CHE’s Spirituality in the Workplace initiatives 2011 2007 2008 2009 2010 Evaluate reflection process, refine it and use with 6 Councils 10 year plan for Spirituality in the Workplace developed. Process for reflection and storytelling pilot-tested at 2 Councils and 1 RHC . RHC CEOs with support and resources of the System Office colleagues in Mission and Quality will develop metrics and implement plans to positively impact at least three focus areas in Spirituality in the Workplace. These efforts need to demonstrate measurable, positive impact and will be tracked through the Performance Measures Each RHC CEO is asked to designate one goal that would advance Spirituality in the Workplace. Goal is tied to executive compensation. Goal includes implementation plan and timeline. Each RHC CEO with SMT and Quality Management identify areas of strength and areas of need as they relate to Spirituality in the Workplace. Feedback will be used to help set goals for 2011 and 2012. CHE SMT and President’s Council review and affirm document and Spirituality in the Workplace Initiatives CHE SMT and President’s Council monitor and present to Mission and Ministry Committee of Board for review. RHC CEOs with respective Mission Leaders create an RHC-Specific model to better explain spirituality in local organizational life.
