From the Training Tracker main page, select the filter criteria you desire and click Show Data. In the window that appears, click on the sign-in sheet button. Add the instructor’s name. Click Generate Sign-In Sheet In the table that appears, click on the name of a course for which you’d like to generate a sign-in sheet. Click Take Action drop-down and select Print Sign-in Sheet Training Tracker – Barcode Enabled Sign-In Sheets A sign in sheet can be printed and used in the classroom to track employee attendance. Simply have the employee sign next to their name and when you return to Training Tracker, use your Bar Code scanner to scan the barcode of those who attended.
You will then receive a pop-up asking to adjust your margins to print Barcodes. If you click Ok you will be brought to a Print confirmation screen. If you click cancel you will be brought to the regular barcode page Training Tracker – Barcode Enabled Sign-In Sheets
Record Training Completion - Scanning Badge Barcodes Using your handheld barcode scanner, scan the barcodes to Training Tracker. Each scanned barcode will cause the user’s SSO to appear in the Employees Trained display list. Select the course for which you wish to log completion. SSO # is printed in barcode font onto a label and affixed to the Employees Badge. Each Badge is scanned into the Excel upload template using a handheld barcode scanner when the employee enters training room. Place your mouse in the empty box. From the Training Tracker homepage, click the Log Training drop-down and select Log Completions Click the Log Training button. Option 1: Use the badge scans option to quickly scan trainees in the classroom. Badge scanned Excel upload template (found on the Training Tracker Online Help Page) can be sent to Gensuite for upload and printed out as a permanent record of attendance. Option 2: You can also use the badge scans option to log instantaneous training completions at the door. Back
