CHALLENGES 2009/10 • NEW Q.O.F TARGETS !!!!! • HbA1C 7 or under > 50% • HbA1C 8 or under > 70% • HbA1C 9 or under > 90% Reduction in morbidity / mortality from diabetes OR • Risks of over-medicalisation, iatrogenic illness and demotivated staff
