  3. C-a varsity football • Congratulations • district champions!!! • & to coach williams who is • “Coach of the year” for the • Svl south division

  4. Cheerleading tryouts Practices for tryouts will begin today through Wednesday from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm in the main gym.

  5. Bowling tryouts Sign up for the boys & girls bowling teams will be held tomorrow in the cafeteria during each lunch period. If you are interested, stop by the table and talk to the coaches. Tryouts will be the following week.

  6. Girls soccer Girls soccer pre-season conditioning for november: Tuesdays and thursdays – 2:30 to 4:00 pm Begin in the weightroom, followed by workout in the halls. Any interested girl can join us!

  7. Movie club Movie club meets each Monday from 2:30 – 3:30 in room 115. read our reviews and vote for upcoming films at www.camovieclub.wordpress.com

  8. College/military visits Tuesday, nov. 12th– asvab testing – asvab test is not just for military bound. It is an apptitude test for everyone. If interested please sign up with Mrs. White in the guidance office TODAY!!

  9. Seniors • TURN IN ACCEPTANCE LETTERS OR OTHER EVIDENCE OF YOUR POST GRADUATION PLANS TO MRS. WHITE IN THE GUIDANCE OFFICE • YOUR PICTURE WILL BE TAKEN AND PLACED ON DISPLAY IN THE COMMONS TO HONOR THE CLASS OF 2014 AND HIGHLIGHT YOUR FUTURE PLANS.

  10. EFA – EMPATHY FOR ALL EFA PURPLE OUT EVERY THURSDAY! WEAR ANYTHING PURPLE TO SHOW YOUR SUPPORT OF A POSITIVE, EMPATHETIC ENVIRONMENT HERE AT C-a HS. WEAR YOUR PURPLE on Thursday 

  11. msa The muslim student association will meet thursday after school at 2:30 pm in mr.stewart’s classroom, room 126.

  12. Nhs food drive Nhs along side with you has started the canned good collection for the food drive. Please bring in your canned goods from now through november 15th. This food will go to about 40 families in our very own c-a district! We will also be displaying the canned goods for the spirit cup. After the 15th all canned goods will be going toward the “SPIRIT CUP WIN!.
