Meridian Law – additional needs? • Apparent little appetite from Mlaw customers • Recent poll showed limited interest • Survey open for three weeks • 156 Contacts • Email for survey sent 3 times • Only 10 responses (6%) • 2 of the 10 responses said they did not want the functionality • We will continue to develop and enhance Meridian Law where it adds value for customers and where it is commercially viable for Advanced Legal • Volunteers for workshops • ALUG

Recording Opportunities • Opportunities can be logged in the CRM module • Record key information known at the point of query • Cases/bookings created directly from Opportunity reducing duplication of effort • Record who offered and why • Record who accepted/rejected and reasons why
Reporting on Opportunities Reports can be generated to report on who was offered for cases, why they were offered and what the outcome of the opportunity was:
