Need for assistance in setting up a provisional structure for PRICP to accept DS3 connection from Global Crossing. No need for campus visits. Need to inform and reach out to first cohort HSIs not currently involved.

Convene NY HSIs- Milton Santiago, Lehman, & Alex Ramirez Institutions: Lehman, Hostos, Bronx, Mercy & Aeronautics.Expected desired services: assessment & strategic planning. . Solicit non-participating first cohort HSIs to participate in 6 Grid video conferences.- Applications committee to formulate announcement and provide it to Alex Ramirez for distribution one month prior to first video conference. Transport schools to Grid site.
