  1. CASE STORY Is one of the World Wide leader Manufacturer of Bearings. This Customer is served by our Distributor Anjou Pompes Bécot sa The plant from Fontenay-le-Comte manufactures the rigid range of bearings (DGBB) assembled with balls of a diameter of 28 to 52 mm. The Plant exports 80% of his production, 670 000 bearings are shipped every day from the 14 production line, these are delivered to some key acounts such as- Électrique tels Bosch, Leroy Somer, Delphi or Whirlpool.

  2. CASE STORY  Before : Each production line had his dedicated extrusion pump in order to lubricate the bearings, these pumps were situated very close to the operator. A total of 13 packages one per production line were necessary to insure each of the grease job of the bearings.  After : Roger FRAPPREAU (Anjou Pompes Bécot sa) has offered a centralised grease process, Packages dedicated for 200 Kg drums, to feeding a high pressure piping network distributing a regulated amount of grease at each production line. The new system is composed of an Electrical Control Box controlling all the low level alarms for the drums, assures the relay from an empty drum to switch automatically to a filled drum. The pay back for this investment is on decrease of material remained in each of the 13 little drums, savings by optimising the changing drum operation, reduce the number of pumps installed as also contributed on savings for maintenance and parts stocked.
