  3. Method: • Remove the stones with a knive • mince the plums with a meat • mincing machine

  4. Add the cinnamon sticks • Add the jam sugar • bring to the boil, stirring constantly • cook for 4 minutes

  5. Remove the cinnamon sticks • Fill the jam into jar while still very hot • Cover with a lid immediately • Enjoy!
