Math Has Four Options • Mathematics 7-Based upon the 7th Grade Indiana Mathematics Standards • Pre-algebra • End of term grades of “B+” or higher in sixth grade mathematics and “B” in Language Arts • Sixth grade ISTEP+ Math score of 520 or higher • Sixth grade English/Language Arts score of 460 • Pre-algebra Honors-Requires selection to the Academic Challenge Program.
Algebra 1 Honors for 7th Grade • This course is for very high ability mathematics students. • Requires classroom teacher recommendation • Review and recommendation of the Mathematics Department Chairman, Mr. Nowlin.

Dance Team • Performs at basketball half-times • Marched in the Christmas parade • Choreographed routines from a local dance instructor • Hosted a clinic to teach an elementary group of students
Intramural Basketball • 20 sessions • Runs November – February • Open to anyone that is not on an organized basketball team
Intramural Volleyball • 20 sessions • Runs February - April • Open to anyone that is not on an organized volleyball team
SPELL BOWL • State runner-ups this year • This activity is for the first nine weeks.
