CONDUCT Conduct Sheet…
Student Agenda • Students should be writing all assignments, done in class or for homework, in their agendas. • Parents should check them regularly. • Parents can use this for a communication tool. • Students should be marking COMPLETED assignments. • We have extra folders if your child needs a HOMEWORK folder. They should come up with their system for where to put their homework. We can help them if they need it.
Missing Assignments… What did I miss? STUDENTS are responsible for getting the resources (worksheet, book, instruction from each teacher…) when they return from an absence. Make-up work is due the in the amount of days they missed. That means if they missed Monday and return Tuesday, their work is due Wednesday. Late homework may HAVE POINTS DEDUCTIONED. They can redo 3 daily grades, and test grades for and HIGH grade of 85.
3-Ring Binders…What should they include? • Five dividers, one for each subject • Notebook paper • Pencil bag with pencilS with eraser, red pen, highlighter, dry erase marker • Graded Papers (these will NOT be given out just in Thursday folders. They will be given out during the week, and kept behind the proper divider for the ENTIRE Nine Weeks.
Daily Schedule • 1st, 2nd, 3rd Periods • Study Hall (SAGE, Resource, Language Science, KSTR, ESL pullouts during this time) • Specials (Band, Art, Music Theatre or Orchestra)
Math, ELA, Science & Social Studies Classes • Grade calculations are the same as 5th grade. • 50% of your nine weeks grade will come from Formative (Daily) Grades • 50% of your nine weeks grade will come from Summative (Major) Grades

Our students will be using it for class activities, and many resources are available for help with homework and studying for assessments.
