Studying on the methodology of calculating spectrum requirement of B3G (I) • Having proposed the document 8F/117 to ITU-R (a) Based on the methodology of ITU-R M.1390 (b) Time-varying and Region -varying weighting factorsbeing introduced . (c) Reflecting the nature of traffic on different Radio Access Technologies (RAT)

Studying on the methodology of calculating spectrum requirement of B3G (II) • Document 8F/258 a new calculation method by Matrix having proposed to ITU-R (a) the difference among the row elements means the region -varying. (b) the difference among the column elements means the time -varying. (c) One element in the matrix represents the total spectrum requirement of all RATs in one time phase as well as one regional area.
