2. Identify and sort out the related issues in the article • The issues of Jakarta was it was very crowded ,because more and more and more people want to move to Jakarta for better living or education because people thought that Jakarta have a better facility so the government need to think of a smart way to make the street less crowded than usually so that is why the new Jakarta government think of this solution to separate the way of odd and even number of the car

3. Identify the government decision in addressing the issue • The government decision towards the ganjilgenap is a good decision because if all car past through one road at once it will be a keos and police will may not handle this keos and accident will happen easily because police cannot control this

4. Explain the government actions in addressing the issue • Jokowi and ahok have gave an action to finish the problem of the capital city traffic .One of them reduce the number of private vehicle use with the system even-odd deals. The plan, the car will be used by sticker plates odd green color and should only be passed on odd days. For jokowi this also cannot really help the economic value for the govermnent. Some people also said that people an buy more cars and the road will still be a traffic to community. if the question of the problem still happens, then jammed in Jakarta will never finish and so jokwi gave the idea.

5. Analyze the impacts of the government’s decision and actions by using ‘6 ThinkingHats’ • Red hat: the deal of government decision is actually good and bring positive to the country and will decrease the population of traffic around and people will have a good time for such as their job so they wont have a problem. Some negative is some people who has different license plate to drive in the street for the chosen days will not be good and they cannot drive with their car or motorcycle in the days of even or odd.

Blue hat: some things for me that would be positive is such as motorcycle can run in both plate license even and odd because usually car is the cause of traffic and motorcycle is less to be the traffic problem. The situation is now made in Jakarta now Jakarta has more traffic problems. Maybe some such problems will happen in the other following years and maybe the city will do the same idea and thing to stop traffic.

8. Black hat: for me this will work good n because people can have the schedule in right time and but some people will not agree with this deal because for them it will not be fair if people do not have the odd or even license to use everyday and for me it is much safe because sometimes if traffic still happen some problems will happen to the vehicle and people. The problem can be done and finishes because now government have gave the right way to stop traffic by using license plate even and odd also such as tye city Jakarta can now be less traffic rather than traffic.

9. White hat: This deal will be started starting in March 2013, planning will happen on weekdays, Monday to Friday. This deal is expected to reduce traffics these days every day an additional 450 cars and 1400 motorcycles have produced.Torecognize the plate every vehicle will be give by with color marks, fro red sticker to the vehicle license plate number for the odd and even yellow. All types of vehicles except ambulances, public transport, and land transportation, planned to have the stickers. Some deals such as the idea have been used in Beijing, China, since 2008. This rule was used until 2014. Mexico City, Bogota and Sao Paulo have used the deal since in 1989, 1998, and 1997.

10. Give conclusions and suggestions • I think that giving the solution ganjil and genap is a good solution because it will minimize the traffic of the road that people usually use so that less accident will happen and people will feel more comfortable if there are less traffic jam and also accident
