Project Portfolio Evaluation – (There are no sacred cows) Evaluate and update to ensure relevancy to the current needs of our community Eliminate non-relevant projects Identify new projects that meet the needs of our community Develop a Roadmap Towards Future Success Strengthen Collaboration with other Service Organizations to benefit the Community Membership Development / Growth Strengthen core competency Recurred new members Retain current members (Less than a 5% turnover annually) 3
