Academic reviews and complaints • The context • If you have a problem contact your Faculty Assistant Registrar in the first instance • Ensure academic colleagues are informed with respect to regulations and QA Code of Practice and that they advise students accordingly • Need to demonstrate that we have followed University regulations and procedures • Have evidence to demonstrate you have done this – Exam Board minutes, correspondence etc • Be careful with e-mail
