  3. First impressions count!!! • People draw conclusions about you from the moment you make your first entrance and they seldom change their minds. They size you up in an instant, and whether they decided to “write you off” or conclude that you are “okay” and worth getting to know better, they rarely questiontheir snap judgments. It may not be fair (or what you want to hear), but if there is a choice between two comparably qualified people, the one who makes a better first impression will be chosen.
