  3. 3 Way Sausages • First: Mini sausages with dip • 3 way sausage • Chilli sausages, Sweet sausages, Zesty sausages

  4. Project • Malcolm Morrison and Laura Johnston came and set us a challenge • Scott Mckechnie came and talked about finance • Ian Wright came and talked to us about design • Gail Ainslie came to talk to us about product marketing • Launch date 2nd of June

  5. Ingredients • Zesty sausage: pork sausage marinated in fresh orange and lemon juice and zest with a sprinkle of sugar • Chilli sausage: pork sausage coated in a hot chilli powder • Sweet sausage: pork sausage marinated in Sesame seed oil, a touch of lemon juice, maple syrup and Soya sauce
