How does the collaboration work? • Affiliate submits application to NAEYC Office of Affiliate Relations • Send applications to training@naeyc.org • Prioritize application acceptance • Current, updated Roles & Functions Report online • Current Annual Report &/or Strategic Plan • Affiliate Relations notifies affiliate re: acceptance
How does the collaboration work (cont)? • Affiliate Contact receives info from NAEYC staff (Prof’al Development & Practice or Accreditation Program Support—finalize date, discuss logistics • NAEYC sends Letter of Agreement • NAEYC provides marketing documents for affiliate to publicize training session
How does the collaboration work (cont)? • Affiliate secures training site, arrangements for training day (catering, AV, other) • NAEYC & affiliate agree—registration system • NAEYC ships training resources to Affiliate Contact • Affiliate Contact ensures all is ready for the training • NAEYC sends trainer(s)
