Who we are • Advice and support for young people, aged 16-25, from across London who are homeless or at risk of homelessness • accommodation advice, access and support • homelessness prevention – e.g. family mediation, tenancy sustainment • advice, advocacy, and guidance around benefits and debts • employment, education, and training • independent living skills, money management, personal resilience • counselling, emotional and physical well-being • Partnership of leading providers of youth homelessness services • New Horizon Youth Centre (lead), Depaul UK, Shelter and LGBT Jigsaw (a Stonewall Housing, Galop, Albert Kennedy Trust project)
