  7. Accessibility & Usability • XHTML compliant documents that follow W3C Level 1 accessibility & usability guidelines • User-friendly solutions (css, optimized text, navigation, invisible links to skip navigation, etc) • Usability test • Ongoing feedback from users

  8. Interactivity • Contact information • General – in the right-hand column & at the bottom of every page • Service or training – in the description • Staff directory – what specific information? • Contact BCDD web page • Customer feedback – contact webmaster • Subscribe to BCDD newsletter
