  8. Princeton Shoreline Princeton Shoreline Improvement Project is based on a 2001 feasibility study by the Harbor District of various methods to provide a uniform erosion control structure, beach nourishment by harbor dredging, and a shoreline coastal trail. No progress has been made to implement the plan since no government entity has stepped forward to be the lead agency. Princeton Ave. is currently the CCT alternative closest to the shoreline. Four short road stubs connect Princeton Ave. to the shoreline for views and possible beach access: West Point, Vassar, Columbia, Broadway.
