  8. Methodology RNA isolated by Chomczynski and Sacci methods. Grown on cell plates Collected at 60% confluent Put in Tris-glycine gel with SDS-page. Transfer to Nitrocellulose Perform immunodetection with Rabbit polyclonal anti-CYP1B1Ab and MnSODAb Densitometric quantification of band amplification by ImageJ1.46 software for imaging.
