Risks & Mitigation • “We lost data during communication”: Disregard, or guess with ‘before & after’ • “We don’t know how to talk to Wii”: Just talk to laptop (or beg Nintendo for help) • “We can’t get the flex sensor to cooperate”: Use the one with pre-made board instead • “Reflex is too slow & laggy”: Optimize code or limit functionality • “Our sensors aren’t sensitive enough”: Hmm…(target the elderly?)
