CSS WFNY Responsibilities • Metrix Administrator will provide technical assistance to Business Liaison • WIA Eligibility • Contract Development • Metrix license distribution, renewal reminders, assurance of business satisfaction
Employee/Trainee Responsibilities • Complete standard information form w/one form of I.D. • Follow the training plan in time designated by Business Liaison • Have a positive attitude. Lifelong learning & education is extremely important for personal & professional growth!
Cost • COST SHARING for WIA eligible participants is $30 employer/ $30 CSS WFNY for each 3-month license. • Option for one consecutive additional renewal per customer at the same rate with a one-page renewal form within 1-month of completion of the first license. • Cost for non-eligible WIA participants is $60 for each 3-month license.
