  2. Format of the Test Forty (40) questions covering the last month of the class. Short answers and Multiple choice. No bluebooks, no machine gradable answer sheets, just a dark writing implement. The exam is not a comprehensive evaluation of all topics we have covered, but questions will call upon your understanding of principles, practices, and precedents as they relate to the discussions of the last month.

  3. This is the end of this class The readings covered for this exam are pages 355-492 in A Richer Heritage. We have seen one video product relevant to this exam. Thieves of Time We had one reserve reading relevant to this exam. “Intellectual Property and Traditional Knowledge and Traditional Cultural Expressions.” You must have made prior arrangements with me to schedule your final at a different time or date.—don’t oversleep.

Government involvement National State Local International organizations of inter-governmental cooperation. Public sector (voluntary associations) Private, personal choices
