Accreditation of JI Independent Entities – non-DOEs • Not a short-cut to accreditation • Mainly identical to accreditation of CDM DOEs • Requirements with respect to the organisation and management • Demonstrate competence at the following two levels: • (a) At the Management level • (b) At the Audit Team level. • Demonstrate competence for a specific sectoral scope • Additional JI competencies • Thorough understanding of baseline methodologies • Thorough knowledge and insight in JI Host Country requirements • Thorough understanding of JI • Use one Accreditation Panel for CDM and JI?
