  3. Next steps • Input from Keith • Improve ASCII file controls • Testing with MXS, detector/MCA

  4. Revised PERT chart • Goal: • Test with MXS, improve system for finalized working GUI/PIC code this week • Finish with MXS testing, final physical layout & PCB by middle of next week • For the rest of next week, decide what we want to improve upon & how • Week after that: implement changes
