FMS LIBRARY Monday, November 11, 2014 7:00-8:30 PM • At the end of this workshop, parents will: • Review and understand the NJ Core Curriculum Standards in math and literacy to be covered during the school year (grade specific). • Understand key components of the instructional models for math and literacy. • Learn strategies for communicating early with teachers regarding math and literacy. • Learn how to create a home environment that fosters support for their child and their child's success in math and literacy.
