Every measurement device which should be used, MUST be added here! The device manager’s path is: Configuration, Device configuration. The device manager Receives, sends and edits the setup of a listed device Deletes a device Tests the connection to a listed device Changes the way of displaying the devices Adds a device Online help Sends control commands to a listed device List of all added devices Loading and saving the setup of a listed device from memory card. Configuring a device 1 If ethernet as interface, setting the IP-address is possible Select specifier in case of more than one of the same device Select interface Setup the DA-module configuration Autodetect the module configuration Test the connection to the device

Make your interface settings as: Baudrate (From 300 up to 115200 Baud) Parity (None, odd or even) Number of data bits (Seven or eight) Number of stop bits (1 or 1,5 or 2) Kind of Handshake (None, hardware-handshake or software-handshake (Xon)) depending on the connected device.
