Schedule Changes • The student registration process is one of the most important functions that a student performs each year. It determines the courses the school will offer, development of student scheduling, and how the school utilizes its staff. When a student completes the registration process, he/she enters into a contract with the school. Apex High School asks its students to be most careful and accurate in selecting their courses each year. • The deadline for requesting course changes is April 26th. • The only schedule changes made during the school year will be for a failed class that must be repeated, a change in academic level, or a change based on a teacher request.
If you plan to take a course anywhere other than Apex HS you must: • Speak with your counselor first and make sure that we will be able to add that course to your AHS Transcript • Fill out the Dual Enrollment Form and get signatures from your Counselor and the Principal. • Return that form to your Counselor • As soon as your course is completed, you must have an official copy of the transcript sent to your Counselor- If you do not do this, we will have to add an “F” to your AHS Transcript.
