  14. Programs Report: Michael Starks • Activity Reports for July-January needed now for State award applications due Feb. 28. • Habitat for Humanity (Tony Kaufmann) and Special Olympics (Tom Easterday) Partnership Reports due Jan. 31. • Sign up for any program on Council home page.

  15. Church Programs: Mark DeCarlo • Keep Christ in Christmas: Knights of the Holy Temple sold 53 signs and made >$500. • Seminarians’ care packages. • Possible Knights Mass any fifth Sunday during a month – Tony Kaufmann: • Knights would participate in all ministries of the Mass.

  16. Community Programs: Steve Hanson • Polar Plunge for Special Olympics: • March 1, Eagle Creek Reservoir. • Seeking team members. • Council and district awards. • Must be 12 or older

Community Programs:Special Olympics – Tom Esterday • Award from Special Olympics of Boone County. • Special Olympics of Boone County needs volunteers for basketball tournament in Zionsville on January 25: • Roberta Manns (romanns@sbcglobal.net; 765-482-3121). • Tom Easterday (teasterday@indy.rr.com; 317-873-2134).

Council Programs:Brad Bilsland • Lenten Fish Fries start March 7 – Dick Williams. • Need 12 captains: • Dining Room (2) and Kitchen (2). • Dining Room Clean-up (2) and Kitchen Clean-up (2). • Friday morning food preparation. • Supply shopping. • Inventory delivery each Tuesday. • Advertising and promotion.

Pro-Life Programs:Tim Shaw • Pro-Life Collection Jan. 18-19 collected $1,131.22. • Knights supported the Embrace Life Ministry Rose Procession at the 10:30 Mass on Jan. 19. • March for Life Washington DC Jan. 22 – Our council is well represented. • March for Life – Annual Local Indianapolis Observance Wednesday, January 22, will begin with noon Mass at SS. Peter and Paul Cathedral followed by a prayerful procession along Meridian Street. • Pro-Life Prayer Campaign - Our Lady of Guadalupe Statue: • Parishioners accept the parish's statue of Our Lady of Guadalupe for one month of prayer for a greater respect of human life from natural conception to natural death. • Sign up atwww.ZionsvilleCatholic.com/EmbraceLife. Let’s get several Knights involved! • 40 Days for Life March 5th – April 13th (during Lent); more information next month.

Prayer for Brothers Who Are Unassisted, Sick or In Distress Heavenly Father, giver of life and health, comfort and relieve your sick and distressed servants, our Brother Knights, and give your power of healing to those who minister to their needs, that they may be strengthened in their weakness and have confidence in your loving care. Through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

Closing Prayer: Vocations for Michael Bower, Jamie Baxter, Christian De Carlo and Nick Brown Dear Lord, we Knights are grateful to You for extending Your invitation to the holy priesthood to four of our own. Bless them with an unending strengthening of their resolve, Oh Lord. Assist them with an ever-growing devotion to Your will. Foster in them wisdom, grace, piety, patience, and great love for us all, that they may grow in priestly virtue. Further our care and concern so that we will never cease to bless them, support them, and encourage them, as we convey to them and their families our appreciation and gratitude for their generous acceptance of Your call. Amen.
