Mujer de 28 años con dolor en flanco derecho. En ecografía el riñón derecho presenta una masa de características sólidas. CARCINOMA DE CÉLU- LAS RENALES CROMÓ- FOBO + CARCINOMA PAPILAR. En el polo inferior del riñón derecho se ob-serva una masa sólida heterogénea de 5 cm. TC con contraste iv.

En ecografía el riñón derecho presenta una masa de características sólidas CARCINOMA DE CÉLU- LAS RENALES CROMÓ- FOBO + CARCINOMA PAPILAR En el polo inferior del riñón derecho se ob-serva una masa sólida heterogénea de 5 cm TC con contraste iv Carcinoma cromófobo Anatomía patológica: Carcinoma de célu-las renales cromófobo de 4,5 cm y Ca papilar de 1,7 cm, no infiltran el tejido adiposo perirrenal, ni invaden la vena renal Tumor papilar Figura 4
