What is a NATO Centre of Excellence • A nationally or multinationally sponsored entity, which offers recognised expertise and experience to the benefit of the Alliance, especially in support oftransformation • Participation open to all NATO nations; Access open to Partners • Tangible improvement to NATO capabilities • No duplication/competition with NATO Command Arrangements • Resources – (multi)nationally funded and manned • No NATO command and control
Mission The mission of the CCD COE is toenhance the cooperative cyber defence capability of NATO andNATO nations, thus improving the Alliance’s interoperability in the field of cooperative cyber defence VIDEO

Location Newly renovated facility in the centre of Tallinn 2 km to the Tallinn’s Airport, 15 min walk to the Old Town
Infrastructure CCD COE facility has 4 classrooms (30 p), 1 labaratory (200 m2), 2 meeting rooms (20 p), accommodation for 26 people Telephony, internet and VTC services are available NATO Secret WAN services will be ready by June 2008
