Table Manners Do(s) • Family style meal – food is passed to the right • If you do not want something, just pass it on. • Eat soup with the side of the spoon, without noise. • Break your bread, do not cut it. • Always use a napkin to dab your mouth. • Keep the table and table-cloth as clean as possible.
Table Manners Don’t(s) • Do not put your elbow on the table, or sit too far back. • Never tilt back your chair. • Do not talk with food in your mouth! • Do not open the mouth while chewing. • Do not split anything out. • Do not reach across the table or in front of someone to get something.
