PROGRAMUL WORK LIFE BALANCE DERULAT DE FIN EXPERT CONSULTING SRL • Cultură-educaţie (participarea angajaţilor la spectacole de teatru şi film; periodic, angajaţii au posibilitatea să transmita un “Gand al zilei”, sub forma unei poezii, fabule, fotografie sugestiva etc); • Relaţionare (organizarea jocului “Puzzle”); • Evenimente pentru angajaţi(carnaval); • Sport (competiţii interne, dar şi cu alte companii, de patinaj, fitness aerobic, cross, baschet, înot, fotbal, şah, biliard, bowling); • Revistă (existenţa unui buletin informativ săptămanal cu informaţii despre o viaţă sănătoasă, petrecerea timpului liber, articole referitoare la creşterea copilului etc); • Flexibilizare (existenţa unor angajaţi care lucrează de acasă); • Sănătate (abonament medical); • Transport (decontarea transportului).
