The fiber backbone offers connectivity to pay TV – DSTV and free to air channels namely , TV1,2,3 and E Intercom. The home owner has free intercom services allowing access to the main gate and every home on the estate. Security services. The home owner can access the security camera at the main gate and view the visitor using a television. Ch9 is tuned into the main gate camera. The above services are provided up to the home and terminates in a central cabinet. It is important to note that the box providing these services needs to be must be planned for. The positioning is important. The conduit is important. Power is important. Climate and weather is important. Easy maintenance access is important.
