  3. 807 PDAs (target is 560) involved in peace and development advocacy, community organizing, planning, resource generation and mobilization and implementation. OUTCOME AREA 1: PDC Strengthening Component Goal Progress towards result Empower communities to promote sustainable human development 158 barangay, 26 municipal/ cities, 10 provincial and 2 regional adopting the PDC concept as indicated in the inclusion of the element of peace in community development especially in post-conflict areas. Planned Result Community effectively mobilized for action

OUTCOME AREA 1: PDC Strengthening Component Goal Progress towards result Empower communities to promote sustainable human development 154 community profiles and development plans used as bases for identifying, prioritizing, implementing as well as monitoring and evaluating development programs in projects with active participation of stakeholders.
