  3. Soybean production in Serbia • Production expansion - 1970’s • Current production area - over 160,000 hectare • Average yield – 2.67 tons / hectare • Tendencies in growth of production area (over 200,000 hectare) • Significant growth in production and exports of soybean oil

VICTORIA GROUP – main activities • Processing of oil crops and production of products for human consumption with high level of added value. • Production of mineral fertilizers. • Production of animal feed, vet pharmaceutical products and DDD products. • Services of purchase of oil crops and grains, organizing primary production and distribution of oil crops and grain seeds, mineral fertilizers and pesticides.

  8. VICTORIA GROUP – financial indicators for 2011. • Total income - 524 million EUR. • Sales in foreign markets – 174 million EUR. • Actual operating profit (EBITDA) – 54 million EUR. • Net profit – 24 million EUR.

SOJAPROTEIN • The annual processing capacity is 250.000 tons. • We use non-genetically modified soy beans in production process. • Products are categorized in two basic groups: protein based and oil based products. • We have implemented standards in production (ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 14001, OHAS 18001,KOSHER AND HALAL)

SOJAPROTEIN • We offer our products in 36 countries worldwide – EU, Russian Federation, CEFTA and EFTA members, Middle East and North African countries • Obtained a valid certificate of origin, traceability and genetic purity (IP NON GMO) • EU is the most important market with 80% of exported products.

SOJAPROTEIN • Investments in 2011 in total of 22,5 million EUR • Construction of traditional Soy protein concentrate factory, which will allow production of 70 000 tons a year • Construction of functional Soy protein concentrate factory is planned for 2013, with production capacity of 15.000 tons a year.
