The ultimate contract requirements will be included in the Request for Proposals (RFP). There may be changes between now and the time the RFP is issued and proposal due date.

RFQ Update – Prequalification Changes • The Design Engineer – Roadways shall be employed by a firm on MnDOT’s pre-qualified list to perform Work Type 2.12, Highway Design Level 2 • The Design Engineer – Structures shall be employed by a firm on MnDOT’s pre-qualified list to perform Work Type 3.12, Bridge Design - Level 2 • Removed Bridge Design SPMT Engineer from pre-quals. (Remains a Level - A Personnel in 3.3.1)
