RFQ Update – Prequalification Changes • The Design Engineer – Roadways shall be employed by a firm on MnDOT’s pre-qualified list to perform Work Type 2.12, Highway Design Level 2 • The Design Engineer – Structures shall be employed by a firm on MnDOT’s pre-qualified list to perform Work Type 3.12, Bridge Design - Level 2 • Removed Bridge Design SPMT Engineer from pre-quals. (Remains a Level - A Personnel in 3.3.1)
