4. CIOR Mission The CIOR will foster the professional development of Reserve Officers, promote sharing of best practices in policy development for Reservists, and be a voice to stakeholders for all Reserves on issues of common interest. PA Committee

5. CIOR Vision CIOR is the premier forum for international reserve issues directing its resources to the professional enhancement of reservist capabilities and communicating these capabilities to all stakeholders. PA Committee

Communication Objectives • Raise awareness and understanding within NATO and MODs of the best practices in policy development for reservists and the issues of common interest within CIOR . • Increase appreciation by leadership of national ROAs and MODs regarding the value of membership of CIOR, resulting in increased and continued financial support. • Establish/maintain CIOR as the premier forum for reserve issues • Achieve an understanding of reservist capabilities within NATO and MODs PA Committee
