  3. Vision Our vision is to increase number of employments in sector of tourism, including tourism during the whole year, developing of young entrepreneurs. We believe that the young people are future of this county. Progress of Montenegro depends on an education and engagement of youth.

  4. Unemployment structure of youth The activity rates are higher when it comes to men than women

  5. Causes of unemployment Unplanned education Inflexibility of the labor force Informal economy Global Economic Crisis Focus on trade rather than production transition has resulted shutting down a large manufacturing company witchhad employed considerable number of people

  6. Solutions: Planned education Retraining of less educated people Internship for students Encouraging small and medium enterprises Development of organic farming Raising awareness of entrepreneurship

  7. How to reach the goal? Information and education by : Mass media Education system Volunteer center Mentoring and coaching platform

  8. Support by: NGO sector University EU Government

  9. EXPECTATIONS • 3 000 employed young people • 12 000 engaged youth in this project • 2 500 hours we will spend on this project Decrease unemployment Developing tourism Increase production Reduce Misery index
