  2. Qualification Requirements Attend Grants Writing Workshop Donate to the Rotary foundation annual program through EREY Approved matching grant requests have to provide 50% of DDF needed for grant in form of donation to Rotary Foundation Annual Programs fund

  3. Grant Requirements Support Rotary Foundation Goals/Areas of Focus Support international humanitarian projects in at least two countries Active Rotarian involvement in both countries in planning, implementing and completing the project
