  2. Slide 2/5 Amendment No.1 • Accepted on 24 Feb. • Budget re-balance to be invoked as per AI1.2 of last team meet (11k of 55k returned by Agency NL to RWS, rest to REC)

Slide 3/5 Amendment No.1 • Accepted on 24 Feb. • Budget re-balance to be invoked as per AI1.2 of last team meet (11k of 55k returned by Agency NL to RWS, rest to REC) Amendment No.2 • Submitted Friday 9th May with the only change being the modified end-date (plus a sentence in WP5 to allow us to support Forum 2014), end-Oct = 73.5 month project. No budget change included. • EC Response letter prepared 15th May (not yet received) REC will cross-check claims against the reimbursed amount, and then respect the 90 percent ceiling and transfer differences accordingly 5th Report & payment • Eur 631,037.01 on its way as of yesterday…(against a claim of Eur 676,356.53 because we’ve exceeded 90%) • Additionally, the EC considers the negative audit adjustment of Eur -3 662,42 …for…FGM-AMOR by deducting this amount from the total amount claimed for reimbursement. • Also REC’s 5th report costs rejected because of a flawed CFS

Slide 4/5 Final Report • Work begins in earnest on 1st Nov, where 2 months (60 days) is available to wrap up (aiming for Dec. 15 given Xmas) • Requires our usual periodic report incl. signed Form Cs (mid-March 2013-end Oct. 2014), plus: i) a final publishable summary report covering results, conclusions and socio-economic impact of the project (see Sec. 4.1 of the report linked right) • ii) A questionnaire covering the wider societal implications of the project, including gender equality actions, ethical issues, efforts to involve other actors and spread awareness - (see Sec. 4.2) & ; iii) a plan for the use and dissemination of foreground (ie. proj. results, incl. published articles!). AKA an update of D4.1 • All deliverables! • Certificate on the Financial Statements not necessary (REC and ICLEI have budgets above 375k and submitted already) • A report on the distribution of the Community financial contributionbetween beneficiaries - 30 days after receipt of the final payment (cca. 105 days after submission if all ok - and if not, a 2 month appeal period follows)!
