Develop an Action Plan based off of data retreat • Increase Comfort Level with SMART Goal due – Oct 30 • Professional Dialogue/Collegiality GOALS for the Day
Extra Duty form found on the T-Share Drive and Website • Please fill out the Extra Duty Form at the time of the event (within 5 days). Submit form to the principal he/she will approve in the same manner as the electronic PO process. • Payment will be issued as noted in the negotiated agreement 3 times per year. • Clarification of IEP & TAT • 1 Hour: Pay from 4:00 • Jody (primarily) will email out following the meeting for extra duty • Please submit to Jody within 5 working days EXTRA DUTY
