16. Project management of high quality ? Quality of the Management - Management will have no authority to enforce decisions ! Anyway, the decisions come too late ! - No procedure to resolve conflicts or make choice !! (if no consensus, how will they decide ?) - Too many non-converging parallel activities ! - No Gantt chart - No links between workpackages with decision points ! - No feedback between WPs to improve device performance!
